- Grover spent 30 years as a police officer before retiring in 2004. He now works as the Emergency Management Director for the county. He likes to fly his airplane, travel with Goni, go hiking, do a little canoeing, camping, and talk to people on his amateur radios. ___________________________ Goni worked for several years as a teachers aide then went back to school to get her teaching certificate. She teaches now Special Education in grades 5-8. Goni likes to spend time with family(especially grandchildren), read books, travel, and loves to cook. Goni also likes to visit with friends and family both in person and on the telephone. ___________________________ Grover & Goni are active in the Woodland Presbyterian Church.
