Mt St Helens 30th Anniversary

Last week was the 30th Anniversary of the Mt St Helens eruption. I was in Augusta, Georgia for the week attending a conference so I missed it. The link below goes to a Columbian newspaper story that was done about me and the search and rescue effort on the 25th anniversary. Tomorrow many of the old timers from Lewis County are getting together for lunch to remember the eruption. Many of these people I haven't seen since the 25th anniversary so it will be interesting to see how we are all doing.
